General conditions of
sale and delivery


1st prizes: Unless otherwise agreed in writing in the above order confirmation, prices are in Swiss francs, net ex works, Incoterms 2020 Steinemann Flawil, excluding packaging and VAT. A minimum order value of CHF 50 applies.

2. Delivery period: The delivery times we specify are subject to force majeure, but are non-binding. Any delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract or to assert claims for damages.

3. Shipping: The goods are dispatched, even in the case of carriage paid deliveries, at the expense and risk of the recipient.

4. Packaging: Packaging will be charged at cost price and will not be taken back.

5th payment: Unless otherwise agreed, our invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment will incur interest.

6. Retention of title: All goods delivered by us remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty: We guarantee the material and flawless workmanship of the devices for two years after the invoice date. This guarantee does not cover wearing parts or improper handling. We will provide free replacement for parts recognized as defective by our inspection department upon return of the defective parts, but expressly reject any further claims for compensation of any kind.

8. Cancellation of the order: If the order is cancelled for any reason, the customer will bear the costs incurred by us.

9. Jurisdiction and fulfillment: Flawil / Switzerland.


1. Prices: Unless otherwise stated in this order confirmation, our prices are to be understood net, ex works, Incoterms 2020 Steinemann Flawil, in Swiss Francs, excluding packing, without VAT. The minimum order value is CHF 50.-.

2. Delivery: The delivery terms indicated by us are not binding and subject to the case of „force majeure“. The buyer is not entitled either to withdraw from the contract or to claim for indemnity, in case given terms have not been kept.

3. Dispatch: The delivery of the goods is always on buyer’s account and risk.

4. Packing Material: The packing material is charged at our cost price and will not be taken back by us.

5. Payment: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, our invoices are due within 30 days after date of invoice. On delayed payments, interest will
be charged.

6. Property Reservation: All delivered goods remain our property until we have received full payment.

7. Warranty: We guarantee the perfect workmanship and material of our instruments during two years after date of invoice. This warranty xcludes all damage due to inexpert handling and wear parts. We shall replace free of charge any damaged parts which fall under this guarantee. These parts have to be returned to us. We shall not accept responsibility for further claims of any kind.

8. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of an order, the accrued costs will be debited to the customer.

9. Place of Fulfilment and Jurisdiction: Flawil / Switzerland. Swiss Law will be applied.

2. Delivery times: The agreed delivery times are valid subject to “force majeure” but are not binding. A delay in delivery cannot result in the cancellation of the order or a claim for compensation.

3. Shipping: Shipments are made in all cases at the recipient's risk.

4. Packaging: Packaging is charged at cost price and cannot be returned.

5. Payment Terms: Unless otherwise stipulated, our invoices are payable 30 days after the invoice date. In the event of late payment, late payment interest will be charged.

6. Retention of title: All material delivered remains our property until full payment of the price.

7. Warranty: We guarantee these instruments against any manufacturing and material defects for a period of two years from the invoice date. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by force or incorrect handling and breakage. All parts, recognized as defective by our control service, will be replaced free of charge to the exclusion of any other compensation.

8. Cancellation of the order: If the order is cancelled for any reason, the customer is required to bear all our costs.

9. Place of jurisdiction: Flawil / Switzerland.
